Important: Currently, SipCraft operates as an information and community platform. This policy will apply to future product sales and services.
1. Our Commitment
At SipCraft, we are committed to providing exceptional homemade beverage experiences. If you are not completely satisfied with any future products or services, we want to make it right.
2. Refund Eligibility
When we begin offering products or paid services, refunds will be available under the following conditions:
Physical Products (Beverage Kits, Ingredients, etc.)
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in original packaging
- Perishable items (fresh ingredients) may have different return windows
- Custom or personalized beverage blends may not be eligible for return
Digital Products (Recipes, Guides, etc.)
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
- Must demonstrate that the product did not meet described specifications
- Downloaded content must be deleted upon refund
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items will not be eligible for refunds:
- Consumed perishable products
- Products damaged due to misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after the specified return period
- Gift certificates or promotional credits
4. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at hello@sipcraft.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the refund request
- Photos (if applicable for damaged or defective products)
Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Digital products: Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
- Physical products: Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
5. Exchanges
We will offer exchanges for:
- Defective products
- Incorrect items shipped
- Different beverage blend preferences (subject to availability)
6. Shipping Costs
For future product sales:
- We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items
- Customer covers return shipping for preference-based returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. International Returns
International return policies may vary due to customs and shipping regulations. Additional fees may apply for international returns.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage
- We will provide a prepaid return label
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
